North Korea announces nuclear test

North Korea expressed Thursday its intention to conduct a new nuclear test but without specifying a timetable, and in response to the expanded sanctions imposed by the United Nations after its launch rocket regarded by Washington as a ballistic missile.

The news agency quoted the North Korean official of the National Defense Commission of "satellites and long-range missiles, which we will continue to launch and nuclear test we will have targeted our arch-enemy, the United States."
