The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Ban Ki-moon, expressed deep regret over the tragic events that took place in Camp Ashraf, killing at least 47 people.
The Ban Ki-moon expressed his condolences to the families of the victims, calling on the Iraqi government to immediately investigate the incident, and disclosure of its results, also reiterated its full support and absolute confidence in the hard work of the United Nations Mission to help Iraq, "UNAMI."
